The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a large amusement park. The breakfast was great, featured a wide range of meals.

All the staffs were extremely friendly and excellent. This hotel had a central position near the harbour. Moreover, it was near to close to the beach, the best beaches of the island and the sea.

There were newly remodelled rooms with a shower. I enjoyed delicious breakfast and fine food selection.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not competent.

Newly remodelled and absolutely perfect room with the balcony, bedroom, for example, hot drinks in the on-site bar. Excellent, unbeatable location just next door to close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bus and stores, and a bus station for Palma and the aeroport. Also, in rest everything was ok❤

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in El Arenal. Lots of food served in the restaurant for breakfast, it was delicious and great. I booked guest room with a sea-view, a shower, for example. The location was fab and amazing - near the beach and shops and one of the better restaurants, BCM nightclub, and the aiport.

The room we booked was good modern with a great breakfast. The staff was efficient and excellent, the beds were good sized. The location of the hotel was fab and stunning - not very far from a large amusement park. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.
